How DSV Locker works

The locker is either the place of delivery or receipt

The DSV Locker is either the place of delivery or receipt, instead of a person or a physical address.

Sending a parcel

DSV collects  the parcel from the sender and delivers it to the selected locker, where the DSV driver scans the parcel ID to verify the legitimacy of the parcel and completes the process. .
An SMS and EMAIL notifies the receiver that the parcel is  ready for collection, and it contains a unique  pin code, QR code and directions to the locker. The receiver  enters the pin code or scans the QR code at the locker to open the door and collects the parcel – at his or her convenience.

From the time the delivery was completed, the receiver has 48 business hours to collect the parcel. Several collection reminders will be sent, but if the parcel is not collected by the expiry time, it will be returned to the sender.

Receiving a parcel

Want to send a parcel from a locker? Purchase the DSV Locker parcel packaging (PAK) from any participating retail outlet and complete the waybill, scan the barcode and drop the parcel into a locker. DSV will do the rest!

Business can also subscribe to the DSV Locker returns service which allows consumers to return goods via a DSV Locker.  Subscription to this service allows the sender of the parcels to determine who, what and when a consumer can return a parcel and how that return should be managed.
