The recipient of a parcel is sent two messages during the delivery process, a message advising that the parcel is ready for collection, two reminders and then, if the parcel is not collected within 48 hours, a message advising that the parcel has been returned to the sender.

 Fourth  48 Hrs after delivery  Your parcel has been returned to sender 

What information is included in the customer notification?

Each notification includes information about the parcel sender, the recipient, parcel details, location of the locker and a unique secure pin code and QR code. Notifications are customized to suit the senders’ needs.

What happens if I forget or lose my secure pin code?

Each reminder notification sent will include the relevant secure pin code, so there is no need to worry.  The call center can resend the notification to the original number or email address providing you can prove that you are who you say you are.

Users can track their parcels as and when it suits them

The sender and receiver can track the progress and status of a parcel, 24/7, using any device connected to the internet.
