We are just two weeks into our first ever TV commercial to be flighted in South Africa, and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive as it builds the DSV brand in the marketplace, draws traffic to the website and drives interest in the DSV Locker.
The commercial (click here to see it) was filmed at night to demonstrate the 24/7 nature of the DSV Locker, and it shows how the service works and where to find the lockers.
The storyline is single-minded: it sells the DSV Locker to the public who want a safe, convenient and affordable courier service.
The campaign is running across 24 DSTV channels, including M-Net, SuperSport, Travel Channel, Sky News, BBC Lifestyle and Kyknou.
The TV commercial is being supported by a radio campaign on 702, 94.7 and Cape Talk and KFM, which starts running from this week.
We have more than 250 lockers situated at Engen service stations countrywide, with new locations being added every week. The lockers meet both B2B and B2C applications, and we’ll be communicating new and innovative features in the coming weeks which will further enhance the DSV Locker’s appeal as South Africa’s increasingly popular courier choice.
